BREATH--DIVINE CREATOR

GOD, CREATOR, DIVINITY, the name is unimportant, it is the vibration in which we feel deep inside and all around. That omnipresent source that we realize something could be everywhere, within me, you, and every other thing on our planet. Are You Ready?

Have you forgotten? What are the feelings of the heart?
Are you now franticly rowing your boat in this place called life?
Did you grab the oars so long ago—don’t you remember? —
even vaguely?
Do you recall when you were a child—very small and still
in tune to your origins—to God?
You traveled in a big beautiful canoe, and you rode the river of life
delighted in all you saw and experienced.
You were not alone, as God sat with you and rowed your boat,
and all you did was rejoice in each new moment, each new discovery.
Until…

Until the day you because aware that others around you carried a vibration
you did not—and that vibration was ‘fear’.
The world in that moment, the effortless journey,
the pleasant joyful magical ride,
now had an element of worry.

Instead of just enjoying and delighting in the moment, you became watchful
of the future and noticed what you had not before.

A rock was approaching, so you quickly grabbed another set of oars,
and franticly paddled making every attempt to stay away from
the approaching knocks and blows of this now worrisome life.

More and more you grabbed those ores, struggling all the more—
attempting to control every aspect of your life.
You were far to busy, worried and frightened to notice, that the more you rowed,
the more God surrendered, until one day God gave up completely

Then…
Finally, you become much older, worn down, and life was more struggle
than you originally remembered or dreamed, and the effortless joy was hard to remember--
you become aware that God is no longer paddling at all—it was you doing all the work.

“God why are you not helping me? Why do you just sit there and allow this pain,
suffering and confusion of my true path in life? Did you forsake me?
Did you forget about me? Why did you stop paddling?”

Not so very long after, you finally listen with your heart,
the true heart, the Sacred Heart, and you hear the voice you had forgotten
over the loud voice of the fearful, controlling ego…
it is the soft sweet whisper of God…

“I only stopped rowing because when you picked up the oars,
you rowed against the current of life…against Me,
so I gradually put my paddles down giving you free will,
until you tired of your own journey and allowed me to pick back up the oars
and steer you in the direction of your Divine Soul Purpose—Are you ready yet?”

I thought back to all the outstanding miracles that had taken place in my life,
those times when 'everything clicked', when ease and grace and surrender in delighted
expectation presented the most amazing financial, relationship, and personal gifts--and
without question, those were the times I had let go of the oars. Those were the times I
truly and completely surrendered to the gifts God created me for-- to bestow and experience
through me, the magic of 'God'. It is now time for the oars to be completely discarded. It is
time to stand in trust and not hiding ever in the shadow of the scared fearful ego. The ego
has edged God out and no longer is that a state of being I want to play in, exist in.
So today, once again I ask, "So God, what do you want to experience today?"

And God answered, "It is time to open your heart, it is time to come from the place of
grace and humility that can only come from the Divine Heart, the Sacred Heart. You can
no longer come from the understanding of the mind--are you willing?"

Without hesitation I said 'yes'.

"Are you sure" replied God, "Because you will discover everything that
you have learned with the mind, and the knowledge of many great minds, is coming from
power and money driven by the egos need for self importance, and that information no matter how profound
is useless until it is known by the heart. You must first go into the heart and ask it
continually how it is FEELING, and that is not a mind question so you must stay in your
heart only. Are you willing?"

Still my answer is "yes".

"THEN throw out everything you think you know, you are starting over from the beginning--
knowing nothing except that divine guidance will be there every step of the way. Beware of
the ego, and you will know its identity when you find yourself in the mind. Go into the heart
and FEEL. Ask the heart what it is feeling, and feel those feelings as deeply as possibly.
Do not try to judge or analyze them, just be with them, acknowledge them, and keep going
back to feeling where they will take you. The journey of the heart is a completely different
journey then what most of the teachers are teaching, for the ego has done a fine job of mastering
spiritual lingo."

This should be a piece of cake I thought. In my meditation I concentrated on 'yoga breathing' into my heart, and allowed the breath to flow in and out opening the heart. All
was great until I realized I was analyzing what I was feeling with my mind. I was back
in my head in minutes, the analytical egoic mind is so powerful--it just can't have us go
there--the heart, that is. It would loose all it's power, its reason for existence--it has mastered this ability to take control very quickly. I went into my heart and this time
I asked, "What are you feeling?" And I stopped to listen long enough to hear--make that
feel--two words, "Sad, Scared." I tried to stay with the feelings, but once again found
myself
in my head. I had to force myself back to the feelings of the heart. That was hard for me, so
hard that I know without question that is where I need to be focused. I also feel very
humble knowing that so much of what I know, is known with the mind. Only my night
conversations that I remember and write because I wake up in the middle, my poetry
and when I do energy healing work, is written or experienced from the level of the heart.
A million life times has brought me here, so there
is no self judgment --more awe at the next gateway. The only gateway that has any
real meaning to me. The entrance to the heart. I have the chance this life time to know
the heart, and no matter how painful the journey might be, it is the journey I accept.

For me this is the 'last frontier." A very scary, but worthwhile journey. Hopefully I will
see you, and feel you, on the other side, or from the inside of my divine heart, in the not too long future. But even if it takes a life time or 2 or 3, it is the journey of all journeys for me...
it will be worth it.

Fell asleep mid day, which is something I don’t do. My body has been in healing mode on many levels..
As I woke these clear thoughts came through:
I did not come here to do anything great or spectacular. I came to learn to completely surrender—master only that, and allow God to come through me as the Divine Source chooses.
“Clean out the temple, give Me clear passage--Ascension is not about the future, it is the now, now is
what is"

Well how is that for putting the ego in order!

April 10, 2008 Science tell us that the same breath that Jesus, Buddha, Michelangelo,

our 'enemy', or YOU, has passed through me, as I am one with all of you--as you are with me.
Of course, how could it not, as breath is THE ALL, and WE ARE THE ALL.

Pertaining to Eckhart & Oprah's discussions:
Quote inspired by Eckhart, and restructured by my friend Madhu, that I have been reading off my frig for the last week--"Unconsciousness causes pain but it is NOT personal."
This felt so true and so untrue at the same time as pertaining to the man I have been in a divorce battle with for an entire year--which feels like eons, but I kept holding that perception of: "He causes me pain because he is unconscious, but it isn't personal even though it feels like it is."
TODAY I understood the real meaning, "MY unconsciousness causes ME pain, but it is NOT personal."
There really is no separation at all—there is no, he and me, the unconsciousness I labeled him with, was also my own inability to grasp that I ‘engaged and perpetuated’ the belief of separation with Self.
I cannot begin to tell you what this shift of perception along with following the BREATH—THE, I AM, THE ALL,, has done to me.
I offer my deepest gratitude! to those that assisted in 'dropping the bread crumbs".

Now I can say in all knowing, "My former husband has assisted me in my evolution, my transformation to a deeper level of knowing the Self--there is no him, there is only, I AM.
GRATITUDE --my heart screams in gratitude.

know who you are!

When we surrender and ride the wave of desire, designed by our Higher-Divine Self, the "I AM" within, firmly yet lovingly recognizing that the ego has taken control far too long and now saying, "Enough, no more living the lie of separation", life becomes so effortless, so joyous, so full of light and the discovery of the deep meaning of ease and grace, that I wonder how could I have believed in the shadow that blocked the light of the "I AM" for so long? How is it that one can know this stuff, but not completely surrender to it and live it? How is it that I had to learn the hard way the art of surrender with two former husbands and each of my teen-agers as they were trying to grab and shake some sense into 'life' and the meaning of this earth experience?

Surrender. Sounds so easy, yes, and it should be, but when the ego wants to dominate one's belief in separation from Source, when the ego notices that the Physical self is trying to walk the talk of Oneness, it brings in its biggest 'guns' to create FEAR and as we all know this is the knowing of the US Government as well as all other forms of controlling powers--like the Church--when we began to say, "No more military bases, no more weapons, no more war" the government, owned and controlled by the energy of the masculine ego pulls out its biggest weapon and puts us right back where they want us--In FEAR.

So easy to control through fear--isn't it? How many of you bought into the 911 story of "they" did this, so now "we need to do this"--taking control of you for your own PROTECTION??? Do you really believe 'they' didn't know exactly what was happening before it did? As with Japan and Hawaii, did they know and allow the 911 events to create the fear they needed to stay in control of those that were having a louder voice in saying 'no more war, no more killing'? 911 is the call for Help, 911 is an 11 in numerology--it is the Gateway--the gateway to the Divine-Self, and we shut the opening gate by buying into the fear and the heartache.

Of course I don't believe 'they' knew the extent that 'allowing' the events to take place and the extent of destruction their actions would create, but that was the repeated story of Hawaii as well as history through the eons. We just don't understand the simplicity of, "If we do not understand the shadow self, the ego-self, we continue to repeat history." By watching the negative news we are repeating the same outcomes over and over--what we think we become--we all know this, ("Think and Grow Rich", so yes, think negative and become negative over and over and over) so why is it we don't understand that when we watch the negative news or read the negative newspapers or watch the negative movies in the NOW, we are allowing the events to continue to manifest into the future, when it is the NOW? Do you realize that when the nightly news replays the events of not only the day, but repeatedly rewinds the negative events of the past--THAT IS WHAT WE ARE CREATING FOR OURSELVES AND OUR CHILDREN? That is pretty simple to understand--and logical too--yes?!

Wow--no wonder the ego finds it so easy to overshadow our true Divine-Self and drug us through fear and anger into believing such false information that is so far from the TRUTH of who we really are--it is pathetic.

Time to take our power back? Yes, it's time. This is not about blaming the US government, as the US Government is just that, US, the 'US' that is allowing the ego to operate our life from the place of fear, instead of the I AM--the True Self, that which resonates to Truth even when we aren't strong enough to say "no" to our ego--something tingles inside, some sense of Knowing recognizes Truth. Find your own Truth, and say 'yes' to that, as that is where world peace will birth from. There is nothing out there--out there is only you, the most accurate, undistorted energy of the inner human self. So what are you reflecting outward to be witness too--to graphically see what part of you is in control--is it the ego, or is it the Divine? Easy to tell in every moment, just feel your emotions. And if you don't like how they feel, do something to change that--NOW--because NOW is all there is, NOW is all there ever is.

As many of you know, I have searched since childhood for Truth. I have tried almost every type of therapy or counseling in order to stop repeating the past and release blocks and issues of undeserving that have stopped me from having the consistently abundant and joyous life I was meant to have. Well, that has now changed.

I want to share every miracle that has taken place one after another for the last 3 days-- and all because I happened to meet up with, and work with an amazing healer. A man that was a Monk. It was no accident, I was ready, and there he was. Did I go find him? No. The night before I was re-reading the book "Sons of God" written in 1954 about surrender, deep gratitude even in the hardest darkest times and knowing what bottom felt like. The next morning I was at my daughters home feeding her cat while she was in Hawaii and he came to the door looking for her. He had jug of (https://www.ionways.com/angelicWater and as you can see I have also found this water to cleanse the body of toxins deep in my cells) water in his arms and told me today, 3 days later, that he had been in meditation that morning and asked to be guided where he could most serve. He went to his intended destination and then having left over--decided to take it to my daughter not knowing she was away. I almost didn’t answer the knock at the front gate, I was still in my reflection from the night before if I had truly surrendered or what would it take. Something in me sent me out to answer.

We both learned in minutes that it was no mistake that I was there, or that he appeared in my life. I will share in more detail later, because it is so important-- this information! But right now I am needing to be with this in silence and gratitude.
This part I must share-- we say we are ready to manifest the amazing life we know we were meant to lead, yet we do not understand ’why’ it doesn’t happen. I know that if you say "YES!’ to the Universe, the Universe says "YES’ to you--

NOW-- the trick for me was that even though I was saying "YES" I didn’t know my cellular body was saying ’NO" and all because of an unconscious incident from the age of 3. I had formed a belief that if I didn’t act a certain way I would not be approved of by the person telling me the ’lie’ so I played myself down to make them feel better about themselves. For 50 years my life held this belief so strongly that my body rated a ’9’ out of ’10’ for how it effected my entire life. 10 being the highest level, and that I allowed someones words to unconsciously control the situations and outcomes of my daily life by holding the vibration. Not only that, but I came to find that I had taken on all her insecurities and anger like a sponge and held that within me also
We went through a process of releasing this false belief system into the deepest layers of my being, and then proceeded to go and clear life-times prior.

One beautiful 30 year old friend emailed me in response to this just now--she talked of doing a similar process and couldn't figure out why she couldn't 'push' it out of her. The negative. My response:
"That's just it, it is not pushing them away, it is acknowledging them by saying, "I deeply love and accept myself even though I feel...." You are releasing it through acknowledgment and using your fingers near your collar bone in a circle as you feel and release. The next step is a series of 'tapping' it out of the body something like EFT, but I feel far more powerful and with a open loving heart by using a breathing process that as you breath you are breathing through your heart and then this keeps expanding until you have included your visualization to encompass the entire Universe."

How many times do we need to be told something--over and over and over--before it sinks into the deeper levels of our cellular response! It is almost unbelievable to me at times, as I know this ‘stuff’, I teach this information, and all because I know it is Truth. But when it comes down to crunch time, down to the wire of living Truth in our lives when pain and hurt come knocking at our door, we forget, I forget, all known Truth, all Truth experiences from the past are thrown out the window!

Duality is so strongly bread within us, we are so brainwashed into believing that we are separate, that even when we know that is untrue, it takes focused moment after moment to undo its patterning. And it is so hard for most of us that we often give up choosing the old conditioned way.

My Spiritual Guides woke me up this morning with a mantra in my head, playing over and over,
“Remember, remember, remember, think and say ONLY that which you want to come into your life, your NOW, ‘I see radiant health, wealth, joy and love coming into my life in every moment!’ Put your attention ONLY on that, only on what you want. Keep your focus on that which you desire, that which you want to live in this moment and very moment to come. Remember—people recreate there unwanted past sorrows, illness and desperation by focusing on what they don’t want instead of what they DO. Focus on what you do want, ALWAYS! Remember, We love you!”

I have found an important piece to the discovery of, 'BE AT PEACE WITH WHAT ITS". (My friend Madhu shared this with me) To be at peace does not mean you have to show up as a Saint in every moment. We are human beings and we are wired for emotion, and emotion is what projects us forward in our learning experiences or keeps us stuck by unhealthy 'stuffing', which shows up as rage or passive-aggressive behavior, or cancer and disease. To be at Peace with What Is, means if you do lash out in hurt you do not 'beat yourself up', and think you are a bad person. You become aware of how it makes you feel and ask yourself, "Are these thoughts and actions loving to ME?" If the answer is NO, then tell your mind it is no longer OK to have this kind of action or thought, and be at peace with that--be OK that you are on the road to perfection (which is actually infinite) and are eager to learn from what doesn't support you, to therefor put your attention on what does support you. And that is where we want to shift our attention and focus too--what we DO want.

I thought about how a person that wants to quit smoking or is trying to diet must be perpetuating the problem by not redirecting their thoughts and instead are angry with themselves when they have failed once again. We must be forgiving of self, correct our thoughts to something positive that we do want, such as, "OK, that wasn't the best choice, but right now I want to put my attention on seeing myself strong and healthy really enjoying life. I see myself fit and having long, healthy and joyful years with my family and friends." Then keep SEEING THAT, keep feeling what that feels like. And congratulate yourself when you do make a healthier choice, as this sends positive energy, i.e, self-worth, into our cellular memory that begins replacing the old negative energy.

I am sharing this because just this morning my Spiritual Guides gave me something to focus on…just for today, and today, and today, I will focus on that… Justice will be served in my divorce, I don't need to figure it out, my job is to stay focused on surrendering to my Higher Self for guidance and knowing whatever happens is because it must. And that does NOT mean to take it lying down! It means letting the Divine Self direct me as I do not know what lessons he signed up to experience with me. I have had enough emotions, now it is 'business', the business of Soul expansion and not to interfere with the process for each of our higher learning,

So perhaps, for today, just today, and today, I will let the God of Karma take care of my divorce...

This is for all of us choosing Peace, joy and continual prosperity in our worlds:
The hardest part of knowing you are the Creator of your world, is just that, you are! Of course it is also the most empowering position at the same time.
I feel like the St. that battled with 'Satan" all night, but I know better, it is not the devil out there that one fights, it's the parts of self we are saying "NO" too, "This is not OK", and it's a tough battle understanding the depth of
our worthiness, KNOWING there is no separation when we sometimes feel so removed from the power and glory of our True Self, that there is no need for struggle or sorrow.
The 'battle' must go on until we finally are at Peace with all aspects of the Self, when the heart has spilled all its sorrow and opens completely to the Divine Self--and for me it is so interesting that when i come to the most profound state of Peace, there is still more stuff that pops up,
it's like when you think
just one room in your home needs painting, so you scrub the walls, fill any rough spots, sand it smooth and paint it, and it is so clean, flawless and wonderful, and then you look around and realize that every connecting room looks bad in contrast.
So now you have to clean the next wall up and paint that one also...and it doesn't stop until the whole house is redone. The deep desire to shine inside and out is the frustration of the journey. and also the joy of the journey--the 'carrot' that keeps up moving to our inner most desires.
I hope I am on one of the last rooms! Yet I also know it gets quicker and easier each time, and looking forward to the moment I am always living in the joy of the experience and journey.

It comes in layers, and each time we move through one layer, we are at a higher level of understanding and awareness. Each level is a gift, only realized after we have ''fought the demons' by saying "No" to what we now know is untruth and climb back into the light--the peace and clarity of the Divine Soul.
We are all doing this, just at different speeds and levels of understanding and awareness. We are all heading 'HOME' and sharing pieces of the puzzle. It really is an amazing journey, and the inner rewards are so profound that most of us wouldn't charge a thing in regard to the 'rules'.

I wrote below about the incredible power of BEING AT PEACE WITH WHAT IS in the December 15th letter to you, and I want to share with you how penetratingly powerful that has been in my life in only this very short time. I offer those words again, for after a lifetime of searching for Truth and understanding, it is contained right within those words.The more you catch yourself 'Out of Peace with What Is' and the more you immediately change your thinking to loving the moment because it is an accumulation of ALL lifetimes, and you have worked so hard and long to achieve what you have in this moment—(so please, deeply honor yourself and your journey thus far!)--the faster this works and the deeper the understanding becomes.

I can feel the effects daily, it will not be long before every cell within my Being immediately vibrates to this truth, and I will no longer need to 'catch myself' in any type of ‘wrong’ ‘evil’ or ‘sinful’ thinking. I use those words to describe beliefs that keep us from the truth of who we are, Divine Beings on this beautiful planet to further expand thus creating Heaven on Earth—and in doing so we are expanding ‘God’. I offer this to you again, as it is time to remember we are just a small part of our Expanded Self that is directing and cheering us on in creating our every desire—if we would just stop resisting and get out of our own stubborn way. Any thinking of unworthiness that does not believe we should have and do everything we intended to this lifetime, is all that stands in our way, and the ability of the Collective, Higher-Self to expand as well. Just knowing that we have guides that are not outside of ourselves, nor are they these ‘others’ out there, they are the part of us that agreed to stay behind to direct us from an enlightened perspective, but it is us that had the will and courage to come here and have the opportunity for this great adventure!
To fulfill our lifetime goals and dreams we must choose to ‘BE AT PEACE WITH WHAT IS’, hold our dreams in our mind and feel hopeful and positive emotions no matter what is going on. The hardest, darkest times are the most important for Quantum Leaps in consciousness! This deliberate intention on the positive and the feeling of desire and joy is what opens the door to each tomorrow becoming the most perfect today.

This is a journey worth taking if you are ready to let go of your victim-hood, drama, anger and sorrow. This is joy beyond all description. I already have a dozen stories of amazing experiences because of this shift in perspective—just since December 15! This IS the greatest journey, enjoy it, don't be the complainer, everyone hates traveling with a complainer.
And then came the cherry yesterday, when I attended one of my daughter Alisha’s workshops called Healing From Within, wow, I am now adding how I can heal anyone never leaving my home—I can heal my world. A joyful new ‘game’ in this game of Life worth living--that's an wake-up-shop worth taking!

This new year is about constant awareness that we are the manifestor of our entire life, and the world we experience. We are pouring forth the energetic vibration that pulls into our existence whatever we believe we deserve. It has nothing to do with deserving, or good or bad, it only has to do with what we believe we deserve. As we think, what we think, already is, and it is just waiting for us to vibrationally believe it. We can say the words, "I do deserve a better relationship, I do deserve more money...", but if we do not vibrationally believe it on a cellular level it cannot materialize in physical time-space. We are here for the thrill of physical creation, we are here to expand Self and be in a constant state of joy, (only a small part of us is manifest into physical form, the larger part of us is our 'Higher-Self" or the one that is doing the observing and attempting to direct us and help us out of our resistance). People ask, "Why would I want to create this hardship in my life, why couldn't I want to be in peace and joy all the time?" Think about how many time you push the 'easy button' on a game. If there are 3 levels to a game you are playing, 'Easy', 'More difficult' & 'Challenging', how often do you continue to play at the level of 'Easy'? I bet it is not long before you are bored. Because most of us constantly desire to be more, become more, and expand our consciousness (just like in the game,) we keep striving to conquer the next level. So if it is a game we are playing, why don't we just have fun playing the game? It has nothing to do with win or loose, we are just invited to play the game and enjoy ourselves and the company we play with. At anytime we can choose to play a different game or with different players if someone is a bad sport. If it is someone who cheats or plays the game with anger, you don't have to play with them. Lets just make sure we aren't the ones being the bad sport. Have a great year playing the GAME OF LIFE, and don't forget, it is YOU who is making the rules. Make all your decisions based on one thing, "Do I want the experience or not?"

MERRY CHRISTMAS GOD

It is not "Guides" it is "GOD" who is directing you / me in every moment of our lives. That is why if we are concerned that we will 'lose our self' --our identity if we merge with the oneness of God-Self, it is impossible. We / I, cannot lose what one IS. God projected God into every being, everything including animals, (right now I am realizing what was so clear and concise in my awakening mind only a few minutes ago is being jumbled by lack of the ability to find the proper words, as they do not exist, so please bare with me) There are 'no guides' if you believe guides or angels are separate or different from God. There is only God. You / I have a direct connection because there are no ‘middle-men’ beyond this earth experience. I 'God' have projected a 'piece' of my consciousness into this body that walks the earth. The body that you walk the earth is no different--God manifested to EXPERIENCE and EXPAND 'Self", God manifested into time-space to CREATE.
The ‘whole’ of Us is not here on earth, (and ‘here’ is a whole other topic,) but God-Self projecting fragments of God ‘Essence’ into physical form to have this experience, and like a hologram, the essence contains the ‘whole.’
When we pray, meditate, talk, or sing to our Guides, Masters, Angels, we are actually calling out to Our Self, our extended Self, our God-Self / God. Each ‘one’ of us is vibrating at the same frequency as God, because we / I am just that. As it has been written for thousands of years, there is no separation, it is impossible to dis-connect from what one IS. When Jesus said, “I am that I am,” that aspect of God remembered the truth. “You will do these things and greater” were spoken to remind us that God came to forever expand—through the us that is really God choosing time-space reality in physical form.
Some of us are ready to remember who we really are.

BEING AT PEACE WITH 'WHAT IS'

I know one thing for certain--it's all about us. I know you know this, but do you understand it to the core of your Being, deep into the fiber of your existence?
For this last 10 months I have been playing with the concept of being in the state of "What IS", but it wasn't until recently that the understanding completely locked in, totally shifting my reality.
It is about, BEING AT PEACE WITH ‘WHAT IS’. Because this moment is an accumulation of all thoughts and actions I, we, have had in the past. This moment is our moment, our unique creation, no one else's. We came here to experience expansion--infinite possibilities. And we have forgotten that we came to create through JOY, not through struggle and hardship. The sorrow and confusion comes when we stay focused on what we DO NOT want for too long, instead of mentally stating, “That didn’t feel good, I want something better next time” and being at Peace with What Is in this moment so the desired future can be born.
When you stay focused on what is wrong or what you don't like in your life or the world, you keep creating it, and it continually becomes your now, the life you are presently living—because darn it, you created it! But if you can truly be at peace with ‘what is’ in this instant--when you can say, "Wow, a lot of tough stuff is happening in my life, but I have arrived at this point in time because I am desiring more; more joy, more peace, more health, more prosperity, more love, and that more can only happen when I make peace with ‘What Is’, when I make peace with this moment. And when I do, I am opening all the doors I closed and I am allowing the Universe to bring me everything I have ever desired. So right now, in this moment, I am going to focus on what I am grateful for."
Now the problem is, most of us talk the talk, we get the concept, but there is something greater, we must be open to more than an understanding born of the mind, we must be completely satisfied with our heart and Soul to the perfection of the moment. One must be grateful for the lessons learned and the direction our acceptance will take us, even if it isn’t the ultimate dream. Sorry to tell you this, but part of the desire to join in on the human experience, was the ability to continually expand, to grow, and to create that which will bring joy to our lives. And this means that there will always be something not ‘perfected’, and this is also why it is so important to be at peace with ‘what is’. Your future “NOW”, is born from your current emotions, therefore if you desire more love and joy you must choose to ‘accept the moment as it is’, and by choosing to be at peace with one's life, conscious living truly begins. We begin to flow with, and receive--moment by moment--the constant gifts of the Universe, and we no longer struggle against the current of the river of life.
More often than not, the only time we begin to move in the direction we truly desire with ease and grace, is when we are asleep and 'loose control". Unfortunately when we awaken we try to force our will instead of choosing to be in Peace with What IS, and asking for the wisdom of acceptance, being in gratitude and joy for the privilege of being allowed to play on the adventurous wave of life.
We need to loose the addiction to drama, the belief in victim hood and the illusion that we must struggle or control events or others to get what we want. Those are the beliefs that keep us in confusion, disconnection and discord—with the frequency of all life--with the Divine.

Dream the Dream. We all dream of that someone that will hold us tight—won’t let us fall no matter what. But that for me, for now, is left in the state of dreaming. Left breathless without a fight long ago. My husband's birthday. Today I grieve for the loss of what my imagination believed possible. And rejoice in the knowing that what one imagines deeply enough will one day be a reality-- holding tight to the knowing and the amazing grace of Creation--the passion and breathless state of Heaven on Earth.

I have just returned from a month of meditation, yoga, service and deep contemplation overflowing with gifts and awareness beyond my dreams.
I am not sure how many will be able to hold on to this ‘line of light’ and be able to apply it to their lives, but I do know I have begun to ‘down-load’ it into my life just by being aware of it.
It is a way out of the illusion—a way out of the dream--the DREAM WITHIN THE DREAM.
I am developing a lecture and asking for divine guidance to create a palatable format that each of us can grab onto this ‘ray of light’ and pull us up and out of the illusions that have kept us running in circles for ‘life-times’—‘life-times that are actually non-existent and constantly existent in the space of no-time.

This morning I was asked to write one segment of my time in the mountains:

                                                    AWAKEN FROM THE DAY-DREAM
                                                                                 &
                                 ACQUIRE CONTROL OF YOUR EVERYDAY LIFE-DREAM

  High up in the mountains for one full month I communed with the Divine.

I conversed with God. Tried hard to listen, laughed and cried...

...in the temples, in the abundance of nature.
And as I ate my meals in silent gratitude, there were no questions of "WHY?"

As I meditated on the ridge I watched the sun set in the West, casting rich

deep orange and purples across the sky. And then turned to witness

the moon rise as the pinks and lavenders streaked sweetly to the East...
with just a trace of the abundance of stars that would soon

awe me, as it had every night, with an abundantly star-lit night sky.

I served others--cleaning for no reason except to serve. But in the process I discovered that I was serving not only myself but also my divine self. My ego sat down more often, although sometimes with great resistance, and allowed the divine observer to witness what 'IS'. I talked with God everyday, sometimes I was so full of questions and other times peace overcame me and I could listen for the answers I so desperately sought.
God often showed up in others--my brothers and sisters who I discovered were my soul family.

I began to understand the difference between "To Act", which is expansive energy, and the restrictive-inward energy of "Re-Act". I began to spot the ego's energy behind the desire to re-act from fear and to notice the divine grace behind the energetic awareness of the right time to act or respond that is grounded in centeredness. That divine action that effortlessly moves the energy of creation to serve all.

Sometimes I was only there to witness the dream around me. Understanding there really was no time and space. It just was. It just is. And in that 'is-ness' is the wisdom to ask, "Who is dreaming this dream?"

And the observer answers, "I AM."

I realized that when the observer tips the scale of it's consciousness past the 50% mark--observing from the space of non-attachment, or non-reaction, then the ego is loosing control and we can 'awaken' from this dream of the 'day-dream' and we are called, ENLIGHTENED.

The awakened Masters are those who realize this is a dream no different than the night dream. When we realize in the night dream that we are dreaming we can program ourselves to wake up in the dream--and control the dream. We can 'do' or 'go' anywhere we want, including anytime in the past or future. I did this in the mid 80's with amazing results personally and in business.
To be lucid in the dream means just that--being aware that you are dreaming, thus giving you complete control of the dream.

The day-dream is no different than the night dream--there is no time or space, we have gone no-where, just like we stay in our beds at night never leaving that 'space' even though according to our dream we could be anywhere--it is the ego that is desperately devising any occurrence to keep us off balance and in fear so we do not realize this truth. Fear allows the ego to control the day-dream and stop the observer (the Higher Self) from gaining the 51% controlling equation (The 100th monkey principle) of our consciousness. The ego knows if we gain the awareness that we are in a lucid day-dream, it ceases to dominate control. The ego knows that if it can convince us that our freedom is at stake it will have us imprisoned in it's illusion--this is a completely false belief.

The ego has been accomplishing this with one simple tool, "FEAR", the very thing we desperately think we are controlling, our life, our freedom, we are not.

THERE ARE NO OTHER PLAYERS—THERE IS NO TIME AND SPACE—NO ONE IS DOING ANYTHING. For when you awaken from the day-dream you will be 'Awakened" to the truth that the day-dream is no different than the night dream. In the end, when you awaken from your good or bad dream, all the 'player's' or actors in your dream go back into your self, (INCLUDING YOURSELF)—remember you saw you in the same dream--you were watching you. Yet when you awoke you had never moved--you were still lying where you were when you fell asleep. Sometimes you wake up and say, “THANK GOD THAT NIGHTMARE WAS ONLY A DREAM!”

I now ask, “If you saw yourself in the night dream along with all the others that were a part of your dream--who was watching YOU in your dream?

The observer was watching you.
Now I ask, “WHO IS THE OBSERVER?”

When the characters in the dream remove their masks, who is beneath the mask? Who is behind the mask YOU wear?
I will tell you a story of my daughter when she was 6 years old who awakened me to another level of understanding, although it took me another 30 years to understand the full meaning of the dream.

My daughter came into my room crying several nights in a row because of a bad dream of a monster chasing her. I would get up in the middle of the night and take her back to her bed and tell her happy stories while rubbing her back until she fell asleep. One night I was so tired that instead of getting up I said, "Alisha, when you are dreaming know that you can awaken in your own dream--and when you do, turn around and ask the monster WHY it is chasing you. It will tell you."

Being a child and not yet totally re-programmed by society, she did just that. The next night she came running into my room and excitedly said, “MOMMY, I KNOW WHY THE MONSTER IS CHASING ME!”
I was completely surprised that she not only believed me but also accomplished this so quickly.
“What happened and what did the monster say?” I was now wide awake listening.
“I DID WHAT YOU SAID, I REMEMBERED THAT I WAS IN MY DREAM AND WHEN THE MONSTER WAS CHASING ME I STOPPED AND THE MONSTER STOPPED TOO. I SAID, “WHY ARE YOU CHASING ME?” AND THE MONSTER SAID, “BECAUSE YOU ARE RUNNING.”

Amazing as it was, this is the part that took me all these years to fully understand--
“AND MOMMY, HE THEN TOOK OFF HIS MASK AND IT WAS ME! IT WAS JUST ME CHASING ME MOMMY!”
Here it is, since all the characters in the dream are YOU, and if you are also watching YOU in a dream, who is watching that can see YOU? Yes, THE OBSERVER, but WHO IS THE OBSERVER?
When you ask all the characters to remove their masks and you find it is your face behind their mast, who is the 'face' behind your mask?“ WHO IS LEFT?

Think about it. It is our key to divine freedom. It is our key to ‘AWAKENING.”

I AM no longer programming myself to wake up in my night dreams like I did when I lived in Hawaii after reading the book, “LUCID DREAMING” and was amazed by the miracles that were accomplished,
NOW I AM PROGRAMMING MYSELF TO “RE-MEMBER” AND WAKE UP IN MY ‘DAYDREAM”. TO AWAKEN TO THE ONENESS OF WHAT IS.

The Masculine Energy of Force is coming to an end for awaking 100’s of 1,000’s of Peaceful Warriors--The feminine energy has waited in the background watching the masculine abuse and destruction for over 2,000 years. The wait is over, but the 'birthing' process is not quite complete...but hold on tight.

A NEW CURRENT OF AWARENESS IS COMING FORTH. IT SWEEPS AWAY THE OLD MASCULINE ENERGY OF FORCE, CONTROL, PASSIVE-AGGRESSIVE MANIPULATION, MIND GAMES AND ‘WIN-LOOSE’. IT IS THIS MOMENT IN TIME THAT THE LIGHT-ENERGY OF THE FEMININE HEART HAS LONG AWAITED.
THIS IS NOT JUST ABOUT WOMEN; IT IS ABOUT THE MASCULINE AND FEMININE IN EACH ONE OF US LOOKING FOR BALANCE WITHIN. FOR IN COMPLETE BALANCE IS TRUE POWER, NOT THE ARTIFICIAL EGO POWER OF FORCE BECAUSE AS YOU WILL HAVE DISCOVERED, FORCING YOUR WILL UPON ANOTHER BRINGS DISCORD AND MISERY WITHIN--IT HAS TOO, FOR IT IS YOUR OWN SELF YOU ARE SABOTAGING.

YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE, NOTHING IS WORKING--YOUR LIFE HAS OR IS FALLING APART.
THIS IS NOT A CURSE, THIS IS A PRIVILEGE; THE DIVINE HAS SELECTED YOU TO TAKE THE TEST. ALLOWING YOU THE OPPORTUNITY TO COMPLETELY REBUILD YOUR LIFE—THE LIFE YOU HAVE CONTINUALLY ASKED FOR, THE ONE YOU HAVE BEGGED FOR IN EVERY PRAYER. “TO KNOW THE THOUGHTS OF GOD/GODDESS/DIVINE FATHER-MOTHER” AND TO BASK IN THE ONENESS OF ONE’S OWN DIVINITY.

THE OLD PATTERNS AND DYNAMICS CAN NO LONGER SUPPORT WHAT IS TRUTH. OUR TIME HAS RUN OUT--NO MORE EXCUSES, NO MORE ALLOWING FORCEFUL MASCULINE ENERGY TO TELL US WHAT WE KNOW TO BE THE ILLUSION, THESE COUNTLESS UNTRUTHS THAT THE GODDESS HEART ENERGY CAN NO LONGER SUPPORT. LIKE COUNTLESS OTHERS I CARRY THE ENERGY OF THE TEMPLE GODDESS AND THE PEACEFUL WARRIOR. HAVING LEO AS MY SUN SIGN AND LIBRA AS MY RISING WITH AN EXALTED SATURN AND VENUS RULING THAT HOUSE, I HAVE NO CHOICE, AS IT IS WHAT I CHOSE TO REPRESENT THIS LIFE TIME. I CAN CONTINUE TO RUN FROM IT AS I HAVE DONE MOST OF MY LIFE BECAUSE OF SOCIETIES CONDITIONING OF WHAT 'NICE WOMEN' ACT LIKE, BUT THAT WAS THE EGO’S GAME TO KEEP ME IN SHAME BY WEAVING FEELINGS OF NOT-GOOD-ENOUGH WHENEVER I BEGAN TO CLAIM MY POWER; METHODS TO ENSURE THE EGO STAYED IN CONTROL OF THE SHOW. THE EGO IS THE ENERGY OF THE FEARFUL AND CONTROLLING MASCULINE. THE GRIPPING FEAR OF LOSING SELF—OR ONES IDENTITY THROUGH NARROW AND LIMITED THINKING.

Those men and women that feel this new surge of power coming forth, that energetic connection to source that states loud and clear, "There is no more time to drag your feet--your time is now, do not risk loosing this wave."
For many of us our worlds

Mary Magdalene embodied and understood the true wisdom of the Christ teachings, but some of the disciples were too threatened and arrogant to understand that in her wisdom and understanding she held the key to their freedom and that of the worlds.

Understand this is not about women against men, it is the feminine and masculine energies we carry within, it is the balancing of the internal divine feminine and divine masculine. But we cannot do this by constantly have been drastical
